Guided by his belief in the power of a person’s story, Michael’s commitment goes beyond creating a seamless booking experience—he helps speakers examine essential truths in their stories to explore ways they can connect with audiences to grow their brand.

Australian bluegrass musician and lawyer Kristy Cox supports First Class Talent as a Logistics and Talent Liaison.  Her vast touring experience makes her a brave defender of a speaker’s time—from scheduling the most time-efficient travel routes to planning pre/post event engagements to exceed both speaker and client expectations.  Kristy’s background in law enables her to advise speakers as they consider career-building opportunities such as book/movie deals. Kristy Cox is committed to helping clients achieve their objectives.  

Kylie Dailey is the first voice you’ll hear at our agency. Her extensive background in public relations makes her the central nervous system of the agency, connecting the unique needs of clients with the perfect talent. A tour veteran and songwriter, Kylie has worked in a myriad of roles in the entertainment industry. She works closely with the team to manage events, contracts, and leads seamlessly. From scouting new talent to building speaker/client relationships, Kylie ensures that clients have everything they need to feel taken care of as they pursue their goals.

Tessa serves First Class Talent as an office manager, administrative assistant, paralegal, and notary. She helps keep the workflow running smoothly, organized, and keeps up office morale.
